The team got my truck in, inspected, quoted, and wrapped up the job in a timely manner with good communication, and within the price of the quote. They identified other issues that need to be addressed and we put a plan in place to knock those out. Overall very happy with all the aspects of doing business with Rainier Automotive. Will be bringing all my vehicles here moving forward.

Had work done with them a while ago fixed issue just fine. Fast forward like 40k miles, and another engine issue pops up(cooling related) take it in for them to find the leak. They do their thing, find the leak, wasn't an easy find, but found the leak, turns out the leak is caused by a fault in a part that had to be removed during the last job they did. Did the warranted repair and charged just the diagnostic fee, and changed the oil because they had to remove the oil filter to get to part that went bad. Ps I hope y'all enjoy the bag of gloves and safety glasses.
Rainier Automotive is definitely my go to for anything auto repair and service related. By my experience, theyve proven themselves personable, professional and trustworthy in that they are quick to identify and resolve every mechanical issue my cars have encountered and they are also quick to tell me when they dont think certain services need to be done at that time. Bottom line, major car repairs are expensive these days, so Im glad I found repair experts who help me address car problems before they become major. If youve ever been prescribed services from your mechanic that you feel uncertain about, give the folks at Rainier Automotive a call and let them diagnose it for you. I think youll be glad you did.

Both my recent experiences were positive. Prices reasonable. Case in point. My $1299 estimate for total service was reduced by a $129.00 service special. I was not informed of this at time of service. I only discovered the discount when I commented that the sale price was less than the estimate. Meaning? They could have negated the service special and I would never have known about it. Result? Builds trust. At a time when trust in every transaction imaginable is at an all time low, what would you do? Well, youd go back for your next repair. Repeat business is the lifes blood of small business. Well done Rainier Automotive.

Had my Audi Q5 water pump replaced here and overall a really good experience. The repair took a bit longer due to an unexpected hose issue, but they kept me informed and even offered a loaner car. Super friendly, knowledgeable staff and fair pricing. Would definitely go back.

Nothing but a great experience with both vehicles we've had repaired at Rainier Automotive. Very friendly staff, competitive pricing and as much as it kills me to find out everything wrong with my truck, I really like the multiple appraisals listing things I would never had known needed attention.
