We are hiring Technicians and Service Advisors.
Brought my Honda Odyssey into Rainier Automotive just before closing on a Wednesday with suspension issues. They did a thorough checkout on Thursday and provided me a detailed checklist of required repairs (brakes all around and drivers side front control arm). I do most of my own maintenance and had already ordered new brake pads and rotors so had them replace the control arm and do the rebalance. Picked up the vehicle that Friday which saved me from having to rent something for the weekend. Prices were reasonable and work was done quickly and had a great conversation with the service team. I really liked their no pressure approach and would highly recommend them. The vehicle is performing great following repairs.

The team was excellent In communicating my repairs completed my brakes same day, and were very accommodating to my schedule.
