I set up an appointment with Jeff and discussed my concerns and maintenance repairs. The communication process was great! Step by step recommendations and left it up to me to approve. Very detailed with repairs and future recommendations. Highly recommend the business. Becky and the rest of the team were awesome!

The first couple steps very easy, I set up an appointment online and they got back with me first thing in the morning. (Since I schedule at midnight) I dropped my car off and went about my day. They let me know they would call and let me know why muly check engine light was on. We did have to reach out to them once but that's okay. They sent me an email letting me know what was going on, and they gave multiple things that that they think needs to be done. No pressure in choosing to get those done. I chose what was best for my wallet and in the end they fix what was wrong. They notified me through a phone call and they emailed me my receipt. I went and picked it up the next day and the process was smooth. Everyone that I had talked to was wonderful and really professional. Overall great business and most likely will go back to fix the nonessential when I can!

First time using Rainier Automotive. Went in for preventative work and ended up with nearly $3000 worth of issues. I believe they communicated clearly and provided exceptional detailed estimate for the urgent to future maintenance plan. I have an older Sport Trac and want it to last so happy they were so thorough.
