The other day I was driving by their shop and had a flat tire. John was nice enough to let me borrow a portable air tank to get enough air in the tire to drive one block to the shop where the issue was resolved and I was on my way. Thank you for helping me when I really needed it.

Honest, trustworthy shops are hard to find these days, and Rainier Automotive in Maple Valley absolutely earned my trust. I brought my truck in to have all of the fluids changed, and the entire experience was professional from start to finish. Their technicians found a few additional issues during the inspection and provided me with detailed quotes for the recommended repairs. What really stood out was that there was zero pressure to approve any of the work. They simply explained what they found, answered my questions, and let me make the decision on my own. That level of honesty and integrity is something you don't see often. If you're looking for a shop that does quality work, communicates well, and treats customers with respect instead of trying to upsell them, I highly recommend Rainier Automotive. They've earned my business going forward.
