I took my “new to me” Rav4 Hybrid in for its first regular maintenance, brake fluid flush, at Rainer Automotive, and I have to say, it was a refreshingly smooth ride (figuratively speaking). Finding a local mechanic who works on hybrids felt like striking gold and saved me from adding even more miles to a car I’m already very good at overusing. They got me scheduled right away and even threw in a free full diagnostic of my car’s health. As a single-car owner, I really appreciated the courtesy ride home and back no uber or foot miles required. And for a small shop in a small-ish town, they’re impressively tech-savvy when it comes to managing customer relations and purchases. Hurrah for Rainer Automotive! If my car had a Yelp account, it would’ve left five stars and a thank-you honk.
