I was very happy with them. I took my son's Mini there to diagnose a check engine code and it ended up being the thermostat housing. They replaced it and were responsive during the process. I will be bringing my other cars to them in the future.

Mistakes happen and unfortunately 2 years ago, Rainer installed something impropriety on our vehicle. However, when we realized it and brought it to their attention nearly 2 years later after Les Schwab pointed it out, they didn’t hesitate to make it right and fix the issue. It may seem weird to leave a 5 star review, however we recognize that people and businesses are not perfect, but it’s how they respond to their failure that really sets them apart.
