Maple Valley Auto Repair

I called and spoke with the service manager in Maple Valley (Jim). Our car would not start and he said he could have it towed to their facility around the corner. He said he would call me regardless of the findings to discuss problems and solutions. I never received a call before they closed Friday. They were then closed over the weekend which meant we had no vehicle. I called repeatedly Monday and was put off. I finally got a hold of another facility’s Service Manager and explained the issue. He reached out to Maple Valley and I finally received a return call from Maple Valley. I was informed it was only a dead battery which could have been quickly identified and discussed several days before. This would have avoided the inconvenience to our family for three days. Awful. To top it all off, he still charged us for the tow to his facility. We were extorted. I hope this review helps someone along the way to let them know what they can expect (or not). Lastly, no apology. I won’t be going back.

Really bad service, not pay attention, not communicating

slow, very slow, counter people do not leep up with work being done, mechanics horsing around while i wait for tire change, took hours longer than should have

Amazing service and very friendly people that work there. They have done a great job over the years servicing my GMC Terrain. I trust them and trust the work they do.

I took my jeep here a few weeks ago, and they failed to change the oil like they said, or the coolant. So my keep started over heating. I spent 3 KS on getting it running, and it is not running good. They do shifty and shadey work. I will no longer is these c***s

Rainier Automotive worked on my 1985 IROC and got me back on the road to show "Old Blue" off again. They all worked really hard to get all the right parts which isn't that easy on that late of a model car. Jimmy has the best employes who truly go over and above what it takes to perform and the time to do thing's right. Thank you all for all your hard work :purple_heart:. I may be 75 year's young but still love to be the envy of our retirement home,and go fast!

excellent job on my 1985 Iroc. they went out of the way to find the correct parts for my car. I believe that no one would go thru what they had to do to get my car back on the road. thanks to all that worked very hard.

apparently, Rainier Automotive isn't the greatest place to visit, Customers seem to shoot at them.
