My 1st visit and I really appreciate having a auto repair place so close to my work My complete inspection and analysis of the condition of my car puts my mind at ease knowing what has been done and what needs to be done in the next visit or 2 Thanks for the good work and is it possible to have the same individual do my car each time I’m in? I have a Saab and I would like that person to become very familiar with my car since there aren’t many Saab’s in the area!

Engine was making bad kinds of noises. They were Super quick to diagnose a broken valve spring. Fixed the next day. Will absolutely return if any of my other junk breaks down
I won’t go back to the other “no name mention” in Maple Valley. Go see Jim. He will quote you honest and fair pricing unlike other auto shops. Service was quick and done right!
I called and spoke with the service manager in Maple Valley (Jim). Our car would not start and he said he could have it towed to their facility around the corner. He said he would call me regardless of the findings to discuss problems and solutions. I never received a call before they closed Friday. They were then closed over the weekend which meant we had no vehicle. I called repeatedly Monday and was put off. I finally got a hold of another facility’s Service Manager and explained the issue. He reached out to Maple Valley and I finally received a return call from Maple Valley. I was informed it was only a dead battery which could have been quickly identified and discussed several days before. This would have avoided the inconvenience to our family for three days. Awful. To top it all off, he still charged us for the tow to his facility. We were extorted. I hope this review helps someone along the way to let them know what they can expect (or not). Lastly, no apology. I won’t be going back.
