Amazing service from everyone at Rainier Automotive. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and know what they’re doing. We recently had an issue with my daughter’s car, and even though they were booked up, they made time to get us in. After they fixed it, we had what seemed like the same problem come right back. The next morning, they went out of their way to tow it back to their shop get it all figured out. I won’t go anywhere else for my future automotive needs. If you’re looking for mechanics you can trust, and service you can count on, look no further than Rainer Automotive.

Rainier Automotive is wonderful, honest, and does a great job in repairs. I brought my SUV in for an inspection after a cross country move and they provided me with a detailed list of repairs that needed immediate attention and repairs that would need attention in the future along with an estimate of the cost. I had all of the recommended repairs completed and they were done in and efficient and cost-effective manner. My car is running better than ever.

Rainier was very honest after another shop told me I HAD to get an oil leak fixed because my "drain plug was stripped" but Rainier found no issue with the drain plug, it was a small leak on the oil pan gasket and they understood it is an older vehicle and I am ok with keeping an eye if the leak gets worse, did the oil change and the cost was a fraction of what the other shop wanted .......I will be back for my automotive needs.

I have never really trusted an automotive repair company before, until I took my car into Rainier. They are excellent, will not oversell you, are competent in repairing your car, and are professional. You can’t ask for more.

My car fobs were not working and I was concerned there was something wrong with the electrical system of my car. They quickly scheduled an appointment for me. They did trouble shooting and found that the fobs needed reprogrammed and new batteries. It turned out to be a very minor expense. I am grateful that they tracked down the issue and fixed it! My experience with this shop is that they are technically proficient and extremely honest. Both are rare these days. I highly recommend them!
