The team at Rainier Automotive did a great job getting my F150 in for service on short notice. The service was done well, on time, and communicated well. Everyone I spoke with were above average professional.

I have been getting all my automotive work done with Jim for years with excellent service. Just recently, I was going to take my RV out for a trip & when I started it up the nose was loud. Someone had cut off & stolen my catalytic converter. I called Jim, not only did he get my RV the same day but he also had the repair done & repaired the same day. I made my trip on time. Thanks & shout out to Jim & the entire shop. So when you need any work done, call him first.

Fast Appointment and diagnosis. Part was delayed by the supplier and we were notified immediately. Repair was done as quickly as possible. Fair price for how complicated the repair was.

These folks are the best! Super knowledgeable about everything and their work has always been top notch. I’ve never had to take anything back or had problems with anything that they have fixed. You get what you pay for, and the confidence that it is done right with them. I couldn’t recommend them more!

I have used Rainier Automotive for my personal vehicle and my work vehicle. They have been able to get me in within 3-5 days or so each time and are always professional from start to finish. Especially where my work vehicle is concerned, they could easily tack on unnecessary repairs since my company has deep pockets but they are very honest and have never had an issue where I felt like they were trying to run my bill up. They have done a great job of keeping me posted as to the progress of repairs and estimates. I appreciate these folks very much. I will be taking my vehicles to them from now on.

The work was fast, about 30 minutes to clean brake light terminals and install 2 new bulbs but pretty costly at about $78.00.

Easy experience! Great communication. Finished on time. No hidden charges. They did a B service on my Honda Odyssey and they went over some recommendations based on my mileage - I approved most of them. Loved the follow up email with when to expect different types of services. Would use them again!
