My car died on us for the first time this past weekend and since we haven't had any issues with it in the past, we didn't have a go-to shop for anything more than oil changes. We drive past Rainier Automotive on a regular basis, so we asked the tow truck driver to tow it there. I heard back from Jim on Monday and the news wasn't good, we needed a new engine! Jim was honest and provided me with some information to be able to make decisions on our next steps. I wanted to express my gratitude for the level of service we received to Jim and to Becky for being so kind when I called in not really knowing what I needed. It's nice to know that we have someplace close by to take our vehicles, should we need help either on the regular or in an impromptu situation. Thank you! Rainier Auto is the best,,,,,hands down!!! I have recently had my motor replaced by Rainier Auto and they did a great job at a fair price. Most recently on Fathers Day my front brakes went out without the normal grinding and squealing that give you warning. I called Jim 1st thing Monday morning and they had it finished that afternoon! Come to find out this was more than your average brake job and the guys & gals went above and beyond to take care of me & my truck in a timely fashion and made sure I got to where I needed to go. Grateful for the honest treatment! Had a dealership take advantage of me fixing a leak that was due to their own design flaw but charging me an enormous amount of money only to then claim my front and rear brakes needed replacement too. So fed up with getting gouged by them I took my vehicle back to Rainier and they did the right thing! Rainier Automotive assured me that I didn’t need to replace both front and rear right away and only fixed what was needed. Having already taken a huge financial hit by the dealership I was thankful that Rainier was honest about what was required now saving me a little money that is needed to pay my bills! I’ll always trust Rainier to assess what’s required, fix only what’s needed and charge fair prices for their quality work. I’ll be back when I need to and trust Rainier to do what’s right and be fair about it.
Amazing service from everyone at Rainier Automotive. These guys are honest, trustworthy, and know what they’re doing. We recently had an issue with my daughter’s car, and even though they were booked up, they made time to get us in. After they fixed it, we had what seemed like the same problem come right back. The next morning, they went out of their way to tow it back to their shop get it all figured out. I won’t go anywhere else for my future automotive needs.
