We have taken our vehicles to Ranier Automotive for several years now. We are always happy with the thorough job they do. We especially appreciate the detailed emails about what work our car needs done and how critical it is (red-urgent, yellow- soon, green- non-urgent) . This allows us to have an idea what repairs will cost and plan ahead. They are great about getting us in - and back out - quickly unless there is a parts delay. Great communication - will definitely use them for future needs.
